To book a hunt, simply e-mail or give Happy Acres Expeditions a call to check available dates for the hunt you wish to book. Once a date has been decided on between you and Happy Acres Expeditions, you will receive a contract via e-mail. Once the contract has been e-mailed, you will have 6 weeks (42 days) for Happy Acres Expeditions to receive your contract and deposit. If the 42nd day is a Sunday or a federal holiday, that deadline will be extended for 1 more day. If your signed contract and deposit has not been received by the deadline, your hunt date will be reopened for booking by another group. Happy Acres Expeditions dates on all hunts are limited (as we only book 14 hunting dates a season to reduce hunt pressure on game). Once your signed contract and deposit are received, Happy Acres Expeditions will complete your contract, send you an e-mail confirmation of receipt, as well as return a copy to you via US Mail within 7 days.
